God is ALL. He is ALL that exists, and we are inseparable from that holy Unity. But we live in a world that appears separate --- duality. So it appears that we can improve ourselves, take better actions, say kinder words, etc. And in this reality that we live in, we can certainly do that. Each of us has that internal compass that tells us what we need to do that is more in alignment with who we are as Divine beings, and we need to pay attention to that every moment. When we recognize what we want to "change" in ourselves --- there can really be no change, only the appearance of change --- we must not have self judgment. We must carry that knowing that ALL is God, that ALL is holy and perfect, that we are holy and perfect, WHILE desiring change. We must accept ALL, accept ourselves as we are, WHILE recognizing what we want to "change." If this sounds paradoxical, congratulations, as you have recognized how the whole body of God operates. It is one large paradox. We are human and spirit. All is Unity but we live in duality. We are One with God and the Son/Daughter of God. Staying in the paradox opens up the gates of Heaven for you.

All you know is not all you are. Many people just know this world, this ego based dream of separation, as their only reality. Even when they are given glimpses of Truth, and everyone is given glimpses in a form that works well for them, they make the mistake of assuming that these glimpses may be at best rare exceptions, and at worst the glimpses didn't really occur. Hold strong on to your glimpses, because these are one of the foundations of your faith. These glimpses are not exceptions or rare occurences ---- these are all that exist. You just need the eyes to see. It is easy to be deceived by appearances in the world, but these glimpses are your Truth.

The form can be a person, an animal, your job, the Sun, nature --- anything. God is Love --- a noun. But when God manifests in this world through each of us, Love becomes a verb.We cannot be Love, do Love, know Love, unless we are emotionally open and authentic. Feeling and expressing our emotions are the way to come back to a remembrance of God within us. If we are shut down, God's Presence is covered. We must acknowledge and sometimes express our sadness, our joy, our anger, our fears, our vulnerabilities, etc. We must allow ourselves to be vulnerable, even if this means we can be hurt. You can only experience joy to the extent you are willing to feel sadness. We cannot allow society's norms --- that a woman can't express anger or a man can't cry --- to stop us from being who we are and who we need to be.We must be brave and willing to say what is on our heart. Being emotionally open with others leads to deep relationships with God shining through in full force.

It all started with the belief we are separate from God. From this belief arose self judgment and guilt, and you see this reflected in a world that is based on a projection of that self judgment. This world is based on judgment and blame of individuals, groups, and nations. And because we believe that we are separate from God, we have an intense longing for His Love that is so painful we try to medicate it with food, drugs and alcohol, money, career, sex, exercise --- man has devised many creative ways to unsuccessfully try and fill that longing. But it all has one solution --- the release of the belief that you have ever been or could be separate from God. Everything you think, say, do, and experience is shared with Him, because we are One and you live and have your being in Him.

When we want something to happen, we must ask for it, intend it, and encourage as well as vision it. We are planting a seed, but we don't always know in what location the seed was planted in our garden. For instance, if we need money to open up a new business, there are probably potential sources that immediately come to mind. There are also other sources we are not aware of which God will bring to us, assuming we continue to believe that God will provide a source. Some explorations may lead nowhere, but these are not wasted opportunities. By believing that God will provide thi, and by exploring all options, even those that seem unlikely, we are creating the energy to make this happen. It is not our exploration of individual options that will create this. It is our continued energy and our intent which fertilizes the seed to where it can pop its head above ground. You see we do not know which option God will make it happen through --- we do not know where the seed that will manifest is planted in our garden. But by fertilizing all options, we end up fertilizing the one seed that will poke its head above ground.

Nothing is ever accomplished by self judgment. You can't "correct" the situation or change the past by condemning yourself. Self judgment takes you down a negative spiral where you cannot make proper amends and right decisions. If you have hurt someone, beating yourself up does not help them. When you make a mistake and you feel guilty, let the guilt and self judgment go. When you start first with compassion on yourself, you can have compassion on others, and you can stay in that God space where He can give you the answers as to what direction you need to go. How do you have compassion on yourself in this situation? First, know that everyone at some time has self judgment and guilt over experiences they would choose to do differently the next time. Second, remember that compassion is the foundation of Love, and you are Love, for you are One with Him.

Through His Grace are you redeemed. This does not mean that there are not times when you must exert effort. This is the pradox. Of yourself, you are nothing, and His Grace is required for you to return to Him. But there are times when effort is important for you, like when you encounter dry periods, dark nights of the soul, and you desperately desire to feel His Presence. It is not that our effort takes us somewhere. Through our struggles we see that without His Grace, nothing can happen, and this helps us to surrender, to know that we cannot truly do anything of ourselves. Only by the ego being reduced to the small voice it truly is, by becoming like a child, can we enter Heaven.

A cure is not something which offsets another thing within the illusion. For instance, if you have cancer and you take chemo, "curing" the cancer, that is not really a cure. This is an illusory cure within the illusion itself. A cure is when you are able to apply atonement to a situation, removing your guilt. Because when we feel guilty, we punish ourselves through sickness. The belief in separation leads to a belief in a "body" which is then punished for being separate. By changing our mind, our understanding of our Oneness with God, we are able to truly cure.

Have you ever considered why there are certain attributes or characteristics, certain personality "flaws" that really bother you in others? Then there are other people with "flaws" that don't bother you but are considered "bad" by other people? Because everyone hates what they see in themselves, what they judge themselves for. Seeing them in someone else reminds you that you feel this way about yourself, and your anger at this other person for being lazy or being forgetful is your way of projecting your self judgment "away" from yourself.
