Do you have problems? It depends on how you perceive things? You have circumstances that you have to deal with. That’s life on this planet. Some circumstances create anxiety for you as you don’t have an immediate solution, or you may feel you don’t have any possible solution. This is our human personality trying to analyze, judging, trying to solve everything. If you take a step back and look at it from a holistic perspective, you will see that you go in endless loops. The “problems” may change but there is an endless amount of them. You get one solved and another ten come up. Can life be so miserable? Thanks to God it’s not, but we have to understand the crazy paradigm we live in and step out of it. As with everything, God is the answer, because … God is all that exists so literally going to something “outside” of God is insanity. When we truly give all of our problems to God, we trust, fully trust, that they will be taken care of some way, somehow. We don’t have to figure it out. We just trust.

When long term energetic patterns that come from physical or emotional traumas repeatedly arise in you, represented usually by thoughts or desires, and you judge them as bad or evil, don’t deny them. But also don’t move towards them. When we deny them, we give them more power, and we are also reinforcing a perceived state of separation as God is All, and we are part of that Oneness. Moving towards them as in obsessing over the thought or taking some action also gives these energetic patterns power over us. What we need to do to heal these patterns is to be present with them WITHIN a much larger energetic field that we can call the body of God. We are this whole field, not the limited personality self most of us believe in. So as a very minor part of a much larger field that we experience, these patterns which have appeared to have so much power over us become insignificant and no longer hold power over us.
