When we pray, we pray from a state of perception. You pray for something that you perceive you lack. When we fully remember our Oneness, the need for prayer disappears, because there is nothing you lack or nothing "outside" of you. Communion with God, not prayer, is present in the Oneness.

Why do we have these "down" periods in our process? if you were "connected" all the time, you would have no incentive, no push, no angst in order to get out of that. You would be satisfied at the level you are at. When you have this connection "leave" you, you feel the difference between the connected and non connected states, and this really drives you to get back to the "connected" state, pushing you to a deeper level than you were before.

What is beauty? Surely it is not just an outward appearance that follows what society thinks is beautiful? Could beauty be so transient? Beauty is innate. It is self evident when seen with the eyes of God. Appearances change, but beauty remains. Beauty does not need to be announced or bragged about. If someone needs to do that, they don't recoginze their innate beauty. A rose is beautiful, not only because it is a pretty flower when it blooms, but because it proclaims its God essence always, even when it is dying. Regardless of your looks, your age, your physical or mental condition, you are beautiful, because God shines through you.

When you believe that you have sacrificed something, you believe in the reality of what you sacrificed. Because by definition, sacrifice means to give up something that is dear to you. Do you see giving up this false dream world as a sacrifice? For if you do, you still believe this world is real.

You can't release something and heal yourself until you first admit you have it. For instance, if you were physically abused as a child, you probably have a lot of anger at the perpetrator. If you think that anger is wrong, or that God does not want you to get angry, you may try to repress all your anger, consciously or subconsciously. If you don't come to the realization and the admittance that you have been angry since you were a child over what happened to you, then you cannot heal it. If you don't heal it, the emotions and false beliefs around that experience will block your awareness of God's presence. When you finally admit that you are angry, you have gone a long way toward your healing.

Technology can be an aid to knowing Him, but for most people it acts as a hindrance. Too many people use electronic gadgets as an excuse to always be doing something, to not be still. And He is found in the stillness.

Do not let your mind lead. Let Spirit lead, and let your mind follow. Use your mind as a tool that you pick up when you need it. It is not the engine of your car; it is the cupholder. When you judge, or when your beliefs are hardened around who you are, who God is, what you are doing here, etc., your mind is leading, not following. This mind that you use to get through life will pass away, because it is not eternal. Anything not eternal is not real. Let what is eternal lead.

When we share, we drastically reduce the power of that which is not real. If we share our secrets and fears, we see that they are specific to us, not universally held. Illusion is only held together by the power of your belief, and through sharing, you take that belief away. Only that which is Real can be shared. God created you by sharing Himself, and Creation expands by the sharing of Love and unity, as well as the sharing of yourself with your creations created out of Love.
