We think we should feel guilty about something that happened. We feel this way because we believe that we should be punished, and we think we are punishing ourselves by staying in the guilt. Guilt serves no purpose. Ever. It keeps us from knowing God.

The idea of karma or Universal law is false. Karma stems from the same illusion as the belief that we must atone for our sins. It is just clothed differently, but karma still says that we have to balance our rights and wrongs (sins). Karma only exists in the mind of the beholder. You create your own karma through your belief in it. God does not require balancing of actions or thoughts. You believe He does, because you believe that is how you must get back in to Heaven. But you never left Heaven. You never separated from Him, and He knows nothing of your illusory thoughts.

If you remain fixed in your beliefs, you become like Lot's wife who turned into a pillar of salt. God is the flow, and you must remain flexible and open to stay in the flow and wherever it goes. Trust your intuition and remembrance above all else, even if it contradicts your religion or beliefs that spiritual teachers espouse. No path is the same.

Guilt and self judgment are the two things which create within us a perceived separation from God. If those two were not present, you would fully know your Oneness.

After you have been on the journey for a while and you have worked through a large body of fear, you open to the Light to a much greater extent. Fear will continue rise from time to time in you to be discharged. These "contracting" times are not an indication that you have fallen off your path. Instead, they are an indication that you are exactly where you need to be, as you are now capable of clearing additional fear held in your body.

Because you have free Will, you are your own redeemer or crucifier. His Love redeems us, but many choose to act as their own crucifier. All of these thoughts and beliefs which you use to self judge and crucify yourself are not real. Only your relationship with Him and His Love is Real.

To be in the world but not of it means that you are not attached to anything of this false world and you know that nothing of this world is real. Only God's Kingdom is real. If you live in fear, it is because you believe this world and its events, the circumstances you find yourself under, are real. You believe that others have power over you to dictate what happens to you. you don't realize that you are just playing a role in a play.

The Light is all there is, for God is all there is. If someone perceives darkness, they fail to see the Light in everyone and everything. But the darkness is not really there, because the Light is all that exists. Only through the power of our belief can we perceive darkness which is not real.

Strength is the willingness to go through whatever trials or tribulations are presented to you. It is the willingness to work through unhealthy emotiona patterns and beliefs and release them. It is having faith that God would not give you more than you can handle at that time. Having strength does not mean that you don't like what you are going through or that you don't temporarily fall into self pity, but it does mean that you have set your intention and Will to stay present in it and see it through to the end.

Instead of a form, like meditation or gurus or books, spirituality would be better defined as the expression of Love. This can be and is the most simple of gestures, such as a kind word. So spirituality is not separate from anything. It runs through All.

When we believe we are separate from God, we think that He does things to us --- punishes us or withholds things from us --- and that He is responsible for the "bad" things in our life. When we know and experience our Oneness with God, we know that He experiences everything, "good" or "bad", with us and that it is all meant to awaken us to how much He loves us.

Being authentic means that you are honest with yourself and follow your inner guidance of truth. Not only do you always tell the truth, but it means that you are consistent. There are no thoughts which contradict other thoughts, no words which contradict other words, and no actions which contradict other actions. You are completely at peace with no internal or external conflict.

Romans 13:11-12 And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than we first believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand. It is time for you to awaken from this dream. For when you are in a dream, and you don't realize that you are the dreamer of the dream and can change it, you have fear. And there is great fear in the world because people do not realize they are in a dream. Do you think this world, the people, the events, the wars, the hatred is real? Do you think that a God, who is Love, could create such a world? Will you still believe that you are in darkness, in the night, or do you see the new dawn that is coming? Awaken from your dream, for if you don't you will eventually become paralyzed by fear.

There is one God. God loves All --- God is ALL. Yet every religion, even every individual, holds a different view of this one God, and this view changes over time. Can God change? Can one religion or individual have the "right" view of God and all others are wrong? Are we truly seeing God or is our perception of God filtered through the lens of societal and our individual beliefs? Can we know the Absolute in this world of shadows and symbols?

When you love someone or something, you open the door for that Love to be returned to you. The key is that you have to love first --- be who you are. You can't wait on Love coming to you first, because in doing that you are placing conditions on Love, and Love is unconditional. We can love a person, an animal, a project, the earth, etc. At a spiritual level all of thses have a consciousness of Love that can be strongly connected with, as all is God. Even if you are dealing with a person who is outwardly hostile to you, if you see past appearances and love the Christ in them, you will feel the Love back from them at the spiritual or true level. When you operate in this realm, what they are saying or doing with their words or actions, even if it is hostile, becomes irrelevant.

When we understand that sin is only error, that we can do nothing to stop God from loving us, then we have finally released the false belief and religious and societal conditioning that He is a judging and punishing God. And when we understand that we learn by trial and error, that failure is an important teaching tool, we no longer see error as bad.

What does Love want to do? Love wants to give joy to others. Ask yourself in every interaction if this is what you are doing. What is your intent? If it is not to give joy, why is it not?

Forgiveness is not something you automatically have and know, just as an unforgiving mind is something that has to be unlearned. You taught yourself the concept of sin, and you must learn the concept of forgiveness to counter that sin. But neither sin nor forgiveness exists in the Mind you share with God, because these are concepts that arose in the dream of separation.
