Judgment differs from true perception in that judgment involves rejection. With true perception you are discerning. You are seeing classifications or differences but not judging them. Eventually, all judgment and perception give way to knowledge, which is what you have and what you are as being one with all that is.

There are many names that are used to identify God, creation, this dream world, etc. Don't get caught up in a name to the extent that you are offended if another name is used, especially when we talk about God. Names are only symbols that are at least once removed from Truth. If there is a name for God that works for you to bring you closer in your remembrance, then that is great. But there are different names and symbols that work for different people. If you are offended by terminology used by someone else, this is a limiting belief that you are using as a defense to keep yourself apart from God.

Your happiness is not determined by anything outside of you -- for there is nothing outside of you. As within, so without, for only Unity exists. So you have the power to determine whether you are happy or not --- wow! It is not what your partner does or doesn't do; it is not whether your boss likes you or whether you have a lot of money. Not whether you are healthy and your body is beautiful. Circumstances can and definitely will change like the wind. Don't fall for that rollercoaster for it is false. What is Real is your divinity. This is Changeless. Thus you always have your relationship with God. You can choose to be happy even under the most horrific of circumstances. There were accounts of people who saw only love in the concentration camps in WWII. Your attitude and how you see things is what is critical and will determine your happiness. And ironically, a positive attitude of gratitude will bring you the "external" things of abundance which align with your "internal" joy.

Don't spend any time wishing a situation or experience were different. That's wasted energy. Use that energy to stay present in the situation that you don't like, to pull Him in, to find the path and make the decisions that transforms the situation, or at least transforms how you see the situation.

What does it mean to be self-less? Think of an apple tree that is full of bountiful apples. The tree gives in two ways. First, it gives apples for humans and animals to have immediate abundance. Second, it creates future abundance through its seeds. In the DNA of the tree is the drive to procreate, and this same drive exists in all living things, including in you. Releasing its bounty does not hurt the tree. In fact, it helps the tree to grow bigger and stronger for the next season.
How does this relate to you? Your true nature is self-less. When you give selflessly, you are giving immediate abundance, and you are giving future abundance. The Love that you give does not end with the person that you give it to. That person will give it on, and it keeps extending and extending, like a ripple on a pond. The immediate abundance is the Love that is received by the first person, the stone first making a splash, while the future abundance is the ripples extending outward.
It is in your DNA to procreate through the giving of Love. This is who you are. Our creation, by Love, and out of Love, is reexperienced every time you toss that stone into the pond. As there is less of self (selfless), there is more of an empty container through which Love can flow and extend outward.

In whatever you do, there should be joy and ease. If there is not, you are pushing down a path that is not for your highest good, and you are fighting where the current in the River Of Life is trying to take you. You are also choosing from a sense of separation and lack.

Did you know that the heart produces an electromagnetic field that is many time more powerful than the one produced by the brain? We are not thinkers --- we are Lovers! When we are grateful, it is felt within our body, because it is an energy emitted by your heart. You live in the heart of God. This is your refuge. All that is good comes from the heart and Love. You can never go wrong by following your heart because this is where true guidance resides. Fear, the past, the future --- these are all products of a consciousness and mind that has been cut off from the heart. Your heart has an innate intelligence that when followed, will bring you the greatest joy and miracles.

When you love someone or something, you open the door for that Love to be returned to you. The key is that you have to love first --- be who you are. You can't wait on Love coming to you first, because in doing that you are placing conditions on Love, and Love is unconditional. We can love a person, an animal, a project, the earth, etc. At a spiritual level all of thses have a consciousness of Love that can be strongly connected with, as all is God. Even if you are dealing with a person who is outwardly hostile to you, if you see past appearances and love the Christ in them, you will feel the Love back from them at the spiritual or true level. When you operate in this realm, what they are saying or doing with their words or actions, even if it is hostile, becomes irrelevant.

Like the body, memory is neutral. Events or experiences happened. Period. If you are holding hate or resentment over something that happened in the past, it is because you want it to be this way. When you continually bring up those memories of hatred and resentment in your mind, you do so because you believe that punishment is due. You believe that by not letting go, you are amplifying what happened and creating punishment for the person who did this to you. You are creating punishment, but for yourself.

You have His joy when "you" get out of the way. Your self blocks His joy; your Self feels His joy. When you feel His joy, you are most like Him. No one can take your joy away. That is Your joy.

We are divine, but we live in a human experience. You cannot cut off or rationalize separation from the human experience to reach the divine one. We must embrace all of the experience so that we can know wholeness. That includes the ups and downs and the full range of emotions, including anger and sadness. Only through embracing and feeling these "negative" emotions can we eventually rise above them to where we know only the peace and joy of God.

We will not find the sweetness of His Love in this world. We are a sugar addicted society, because we believe that this can be a substitute for that Love, but it can never be. Diabetes and many other diseases result from this absence of His Love that we feel, not only from trying to fill the longing with food and sugar, but also from the lack of understanding that we are perfect in Him.

Where there is no judgment, there is complete joy, peace, and safety. Where there is no judgment, there is freedom. For judgment creates a belief in separation that doesn't exist --- it only appears to exist. Judgment is not of God and acts as a block to what is of God --- peace, joy, and Love. When we judge, we are always in fear, and when we are in fear, not knowing our Unity, we have no safety. Safety can only be found in Unity, in God.

When you come to know God and His gentleness and Love, you understand that His Grace is upon you. When you release false beliefs, you know that you are deserving of that Grace, and you know that His Grace can redeem and heal you of remaining beliefs and afflictions. Then it is just a matter of asking Him to use His Grace to do this. Ultimately, you know that without Him and His Grace, nothing is possible. For of yourself, you are nothing.

In anything you want to get accomplished, place no limitations on the top end. If it is a venture or project you want to happen, don't say it has to look this way or that way, especially that it cannot accomplish a certain level. When you believe that there are limitations, you have just limited it. God is infinite, and what can be achieved when you get out of the way (which is placing no limitations) is also infinite. Your task is simply to feel the great joy you will have when this venture becomes very successful as if it is already successful. How this "looks" is not up to you. Be in the joy as if it has already happened, and you don't have to worry about the details. Joy is the fertilizer that turns the acorn into a great oak tree.

The more you need to convince others of your views, the greater you live in fear. This holds true across all spectrums, including the need to make converts in religion. When you are comfortable in your beliefs, you are comfortable in them. You don't have to convince anyone else. Saying that God wants you to make converts is taking responsibility off yourself and trying to project your fear onto God. God knows nothing of fear, as He is Love. And he certainly doesn't take sides. He is expressing through each and every one of us, and we are all part of Him, One with Him. Why would he take sides against Himself?

The tools for healing --- psychological, physical, mental, and spiritual --- are always there, always. If you feel that they are not there, either you have not asked for them, or you are refusing to see them. Drop the idea that it has to look a certain way. Healing can come in many forms, and God will provide the form that works best for you. But you have to open your eyes and be willing to see it.

Fear thoughts always revolve around anger, judgment, bitterness, frustration, resentment, self pity, and victimization. Love thoughts are gratitude, compassion, acceptance, humor, joy, respect, and peacefulness.

Remembering that there is only abundance for you and everyone else in this dream is an important step on the journey, but it is not the end all. You can be the richest and most prosperous person on the planet, but you will be very empty and depressed if you don't know the Love of God. So you must go past abundance to why you are truly here --- to recognize and remember your relationship and Oneness with Him.
