Impetus For Change

Sometimes you will have a belief system that needs to be released and it will exhibit itself in a certain pattern or behavior when you interact with others. You may have someone you interact with on a frequent basis do a similar behavior to you, because this acts as a reflection for you. You are able to see how it feels to have this behavior done to you, and it helps you realize that you don't like it and that you don't want to do that behavior to someone else.
