An Open Heart

What does it mean to live from an open heart? An open heart allows you to see as God sees --- without judgment and with eyes of forgiveness as Love looks past. It allows you to be vulnerable yet powerful. If you are vulnerable and are hurt by someone, an open heart is the vehicle for your healing, because only through the perspective of an open heart can you raise your consciousness to see above the words or actions of that person. An open heart loves All and sees only Unity. An open heart means gentleness and kindness --- you cannot live from an open heart and intentionally hurt someone. It means expansiveness of your Being, not contraction. It means unlimited joy --- God's joy. It takes a strong Will and intention to live from an open heart in this world, and it is not only possible, it is essential if you want to survive and thrive in these difficult times.
