Saying please, thank you, and you're welcome all the time would be a huge leap in healing for the world. Courtesy is the foundation of respect, and respect is the foundation of Love. It starts with the simple and easy gestures. There are many times when we don't feel like smiling or saying a kind word, but if we force ourselves to do that, the miraculous can happen as we become appreciative of the little things and THEN we feel like actually doing these gestures.
