Falling Off Center

As we progress on the journey, we have numerous times when we fall off center and it appears and feels like our connection with God is lost. These times occur less frequently and are of shorter duration the farther we progress. If we let it be and we do not get into guilt or give any energy to agonizing over being off center, this will bring us out of this space more quickly, because we are not giving any energy to something that is not real.
