You get angry at someone because they fail to fulfill your expectations. They fail to do what you expect them to do. What a burden that is on them, and on you. What if you lived with no expectations of how someone shoukd interact with or treat you? Do you think you look outside yourself to be fulfilled and when someone doesn't meet that, you get angry, but you are really angry at yourself for not fully loving yourself? If you had no expectations of anyone, wouldn't everything be a gift?
