Gentleness and compassion must start with you. If you cannot do this for yourself, you cannot do it for others. Once you have learned to do it for yourself, you will be like an endless fountain of Love, compassion, and peace that flows to everyone you encounter. God powers this fountain, and it is infinite, because He is infinite. You can give fully, without taking away from yourself, because He is the Source.
