Is Your Mirror Spotless?

You are a mirror for everyone you encounter. Is the reflection dirty, or is it spotless? You mirror is a reflection of Him. It is always perfectly clean, perfectly pure, but it may be covered with dirt. This dirt is easily removable if you are willing. But you have to drop all false beliefs you have about yourself, about others, and about your relationship with Him. Is it more important for you to be "right," to hold the anger, resentment, and bitterness, to continue being seen as a victim, or is His peace more important? Don't try to muddle the choice. Doing Greater Things

Pray from knowledge, from Unity, not from lack. For instance, instead of praying to feel His Presence, say a prayer of gratitude that you are One with Him and He is present with you always. Instead of praying to receive abundance, say a prayer of gratitude that His abundance is fully with you because you are One with Him and these are the gifts of your inheritance. You might say that you don't have abundance --- your car is breaking down or you have lost your job. But you do have that abundance --- it is your recognition of this Truth that will create a physical manifestation of the abundance. As you say prayers of gratitude, feel that gratitude and joy in all parts of your Being. Feeling it versus thinking it puts it in a God space where it can manifest. Continue to feel it and have gratitude for it and have patience. Do you believe in what the the world shows you or those things unseen? Do you recognize your Unity, your holiness, and that you can do greater things than Jesus --- he told you that you are capable of this. Do you believe him on some things and not on this? If You Don't Like Your Life ....

If you don't like your life, then change it. It is that simple. There are things that happen to us that are outside of our control --- like those in power making decisions that affect us --- but much of what happens to us is created by us at an energetic and Spirit level. The One Constant

When you are present in His joy, His peace, His Love, you can be doing any activity. The River of Life takes you to different spots on the river (different jobs, experiences, relationships), but if you stay centered in the above, the one constant is that you are fulfilled. Living From an Open Heart

What does it mean to live from an open heart? An open heart allows you to see as God sees --- without judgment and through eyes of forgiveness as Love looks past. It allows you to be vulnerable yet powerful. An open heart is the vehicle through which you heal, because if you allow yourself to be vulnerable and are hurt by someone, only through the perspective of an open heart can you raise your consciousness to see above the actions or words of that person. An open heart loves all and sees only Unity. An open heart means gentleness and kindness --- you cannot live with an open heart and intentionally hurt another. It means expansiveness of your Being, not contraction. It means unlimited joy --- God's joy. It takes a strong Will and intention to live from an open heart in this world, and it is not only possible, it is essential if you want to survive and thrive in these difficult times. Be Who You Are

When we stop trying to be something we are not, there is a huge release that comes from that. Life slows down, you slow down, and the present moment reveals itself. Unconditional

The idea that a God who is Love would be a punishing God is completely illogical and incompatible. When we say God is Love, it is not the same love as a human parent's love, where children are punished and there can be conditions for earning that love. God's Love is unconditional, which means without conditions. We do not have to do anything to earn that Love, and that Love can and will never be taken away from us. Which View?

An outside or worldly view does not "solve" your problems. Albert Einstein said you cannot solve a problem in the same consciousness in which it was created. It is solved by seeing it with His perspective --- then there are not really problems; there are opportunities to grow closer to Him. Where Does Your Happiness Come From?

your happiness derived from what happens to you? Do you get down if something "bad" happens, if something doesn't come through for you, if that raise or relationship doesn't work out? Are you happy when something "good" happens? Doesn't seem very stable and predictable, does it, as you are subject to whatever life brings you? Our joy must come from inside, from the joy we share with God through our Oneness with Him. When we operate from this joy, "good" things will happen because we are creating the foundation for them to happen by what we believe and feel, by what we put out there. They may not happen in the way we think, but this is where trust comes in that God has our highest good and that He wants "good" things to happen to you --- because only "good" things exist. When we come from this understanding, we don't get down when one door closes, because we know another door will open and will be even better. Living "Outside" Ourselves

You are not defined by what you have done or not done in the past, nor are you defined by the expectations you place on yourself for who you should be in the future. We live "outside" ourselves, outside our true Identity, outside the present moment. When we are tied to the past with guilt, regret, or self judgment, we are not on the Now. And when we limit ourselves through "shoulds" of what we expect ourselves to be in the future, we are not in the Now. When we live "outside" ourselves, we do not express or have our Being in God. Judgment Versus Discernment

Love makes discernments, not judgments. A discernment would say that it is not in your highest good to be around a certain person but that God expresses through them as God expresses through you and everyone else. When you judge someone, you are saying that they are not "good enough" in some form. You are not acknowledging the Christ in that person. Judgments are always created from seeing differences and putting those differences in a hierarchy where is one is better than another. If judgment is present, unity cannot be seen. What Do You Believe?

You only judge what you think is real. Do you judge what you have done in a dream when you sleep? Then why do you judge what you do in this "waking" dream? For it is also a dream, no different than your "sleeping" dream. The more you judge what you and others do in this world, the more real you believe the world to be and the greater the fear this engenders. We judge because we believe that we have separated from God and sinned against Him. We believe this to be true, but this is a journey that we have undertaken. How can you separate from God when only Unity exists? How can you sin against Him when you are One with Him? Is He sinning against Himself? Your holiness is inherent. This can never be taken away from you because it comes from your Oneness with God. This is your inheritance. Truth

Truth is not debatable. Truth just is. It is self evident. When people think they are debating Truth, they are debating their perception of Truth, not Truth itself. Judgment and Unity

You can only judge something if you feel separate from it. In unity judgment doesn't exist. Judgment requires a person that is judging and an entity to be judged, but in Unity nothing exists outside of itself. We can have the appearance of judgment --- and we certainly have that appearance to the maximum in this world --- but behind all appearances is only Unity and Love. God is One which means that God is All that exists. Lawrence Doochin

Suffering

Suffering on this journey is not mandatory. In fact, it is as far away from God as you can go. Who in their right mind would want to suffer? And who would believe that a God, who is Love, would want suffering for you? We suffer because we resist those experiences that are brought to us, by our request and Will, to show us who we truly are. We are Love. Does it make any sense that we have to undertake a journey of suffering to reach that recognition of Love? Most of us do suffer, because we resist dropping those false beliefs we have about ourselves. When you try to stay in one place and you resist where it wants to take you, the River of Life bashes you (suffering) against the rocks. But make no mistake. Suffering is by our choice, not some punishment that God has decreed we must pass through to "earn" our divinity. We are divine and One with Him simply through our Creation as His Son. Is Good Judgment Valued?

Do you notice that the first thing you do when you encounter a new situation or person is to make a judgment. Actually, if you pay attention, you will notice that is what you do ALL the time. But it is helpful to recognize this pattern with something new. Why do we care if we do that? Isn't good judgment highly valued? It is in this world, but this is not the world you seek, and the more you judge, the more you are hardened in your beliefs, the greater this cuts you off from the Love that you are and takes you AWAY from where you want to be. You haven't really gone away from this place of holiness, but you have covered up your recognition of it with your judgment --- of yourself and others, which is the same thing. God does not judge us because He loves us without conditions. Judgment places condition and tries to create separation. There is no judgment in the Kingdom except that we are and have always been His Beloved. Do You Need To Change?

Why do you want to change yourself? Are you not happy with who you are? You are perfection --- a perfect expression of God. It is YOUR belief system which creates self judgment and the belief that you are not good enough as is. Does God need to be changed? You are not separate from Him, so why do you think you need change? There Is Not A Need For Forgiveness

We create the need for forgiveness in OUR mind. By thinking that someone has hurt or offended us, treated us poorly in some way, we believe that we must forgive to heal. And as long as we hold the belief that we have been hurt, there appears to exist the need to forgive. But these are our thoughts --- not universally held and thus not real. This applies from the most "minor" to the most "egregious" offense that we see as having been done to us --- from a simple comment by someone you barely know to sexual abuse by a parent. In all cases we are "offended" and see the need for forgiveness. It is just that with something like sexual abuse there are so many layers of emotions tied up that we create this expansive story in our heads which requires forgiveness. But once we feel and untangle that emotional web, once we are no longer controlled by the emotions but make peace with them, we can see the act of sexual abuse or rape for what it is --- another experience in our life --- and release the false beliefs and storyline around it that requires forgiveness. Certainly, as we release false beliefs, it is more difficult to do that around family members. A stranger may say or do something that has no effect, but the same thing done by a family member is very painful. This is because the family member is a long term part of the story you have created --- the one you don't want to disentangle from. So even forgiveness --- not even considering a higher perspective where forgiveness is not needed --- becomes difficult. But even though your family member is a leading character in your story, it is still a story and they are no different than any other part of God you encounter. Forgiveness can be an important step when you are in the middle of healing an experience, but it is only a temporary step which then allows us to move to a higher perspective. Just as we can never truly be hurt because we are Divine beings, God has no need to forgive us because we have never done anything which requires His forgiveness. You are still in the holy moment of your Creation. You have never separated from Him. You Are Not Your Story

What is your story? It is everything you have been falsely taught by your parents, society, etc. Some of this is done with good intention, and some of it is done with bad intention, but it is all false and you must shed that story if you want to know your full Being. You are holy. You are Divine. You are not the role you play in this life --- you only took that on so you and everyone you encounter could help each other remember and awaken. Freedom

Freedom is the result of non judgment. When you judge, you put limits on both yourself and the person being judged. When you withdraw judgment and those limits, you allow yourself and the other person the freedom to be what they really are, which is Love. Few people realize that they are in a prison cell of their own making and it is not only about judgment of others --- it starts with self judgment and how that appears to cut us off from God and our divinity. Ego Versus God Thoughts

How do you tell if your thoughts come from the ego or the Mind you share with God? Ego thoughts are fear based thoughts, even if they are "clothed" in something pleasurable. Ego thoughts always revolve around the past or the future, never the present moment. Your true thoughts originate from the Mind of God, of which you are a part. These thoughts are based in the present moment, and they always revolve around Love (compassion, gratitude, etc.). You feel a deep peace with these thoughts.
