Freedom

Freedom is the result of non judgment. When you judge, you put limits on both yourself and the person being judged. When you withdraw judgment and those limits, you allow yourself and the other person the freedom to be what they really are, which is Love. Few people realize that they are in a prison cell of their own making and it is not only about judgment of others --- it starts with self judgment and how that appears to cut us off from God and our divinity.
