Suffering Is Optional

Pain may occur at times, but suffering is optional. God's Will for you is complete joy. We create suffering through our resistance to what is. When we don't flow with the River of Life, when we don't allow the current to carry us effortlessly, we will get smashed against the rocks. When we trust and don't resist the natural flow, we are taken to the places on the River that are part of our path we have chosen at a Spirit level. Pain is part of the human experience but suffering doesn't have to be. Jesus experienced pain on the cross, not suffering. Lawrence Doochin
