A Vacant Mind

A vacant mind is one in which Truth can return unhindered, one in which God's thoughts and guidance can flow through us. The thoughts we share with God are our true thoughts and they are Unity and Love based. The thoughts that come through the ego, which is the case for the vast majority, are separation and fear based. The thoughts we share with God are always there as we are in holy communion with Him and He is speaking to and through us each moment, but these thoughts are drowned out by ego thoughts. You still need your ego, but you do not want it in control. You use the ego mind or brain just like you pick up a hammer to hit a nail. It is only a tool, not the driver of the boat.
