We Have It In Common

We all have it in common. We have all judged ourselves over things we have done or said, how we look, what we have achieved, etc.

Sometimes it is a mild judgment like I wish I could do that over, but often it is a harsh judgment like you should be punished for it. Does this continue to come up for you --- maybe you don't recognize it because you project it out as judgment on others.

It is hard to look at our own self judgment, but this is the only way we heal. We must bring it to the Light where it is dissolved in Truth, for God does not know judgment.

Knowing that everyone carries self judgment --- all for reasons that only THEY see, so not universally held --- knowing this can we extend compassion to others and especially to ourselves? Can we offer ourselves forgiveness? Do we not all deserve to be loved and forgiven, for this is ONLY how God sees us and loves us. He does not see the sins you see in yourself.
