Our Shadow Parts

The paradox is that the shadow qualities you want to hide and get rid of must first be embraced as a part of you, a part of your wholeness, before they can be transformed. You must accept and recognize these parts and emotions before you can recognize that they never really existed. You have always been One but you appear separate in this reality, and you must "reconstruct" yourself as the collective also does the same.
