The NOW

Why do so many spiritual writers talk about the Now or holy moment? Why is this so important?

This is your natural state --- this is not something you experience every once in a while. This is where you have always been, eternally. There is nothing you need to do because you are already there! All you have to do is release that which is false and which prevents you from recognizing your true state --- fear, guilt, and self judgment.

As you go about your day, witness how you are always living in the past or the future. You will be astonished. Witness your thoughts and then bring them to the Now, where you have no problems, where only perfection is, where you are fully present with God.
