Think of something for which you judge yourself strongly. This can be a recurring thought you have, a past experience, a habit --- something you try to repress or immediately stop thinking about when it comes up.
Now bring that up in your mind and feel the "yuckiness" around that. Then I want you to feel His Presence. If you can, feel God inside of you, but it is fine to feel Him around you. As you think of and feel that thought you try to get away from, know that He is there with you, even when you try to separate from a part of yourself.
