Allow God To Lead

 Why do we not allow God to lead us? Our lives would flow with the greatest of ease and grace if we were to get out of the way and truly listen to where He wants to take us in each moment. But we are stubborn, fearful, non trusting --- we think we can do it ourselves and that we know what is best for us. 

How can we know what is best for us when our perspective is only that of a tree in the forest, not the whole forest itself? We make it difficult on ourselves to the extent that we think we can do it by ourselves. But of ourselves, we are nothing. No thing! He gives you Life. He gives you your very existence. And He does this SO THAT He can love you. You were created to be loved. Have you really pondered this? If we will just allow Him to lead, He will take us on a journey of Love and joy that is far beyond anything we can imagine.
