What Diet Are You On?

 If you are having a hard time praying, say a prayer of gratitude. If it is hard, start small. Say a prayer of gratitude that you are alive and breathing. So many people have fallen into a rut of victimization and believing that someone or something or even God is out to get them. Gratitude will take this away. We can live on a diet of God attributes such as gratitude, joy, compassion, love, and peace, or we can live on a diet of ego attributes such as judgment, resentment, bitterness, non forgiveness, hatred, and condemnation. 

Just as you decide what to put in your mouth and that affects your physical body, you choose what mental and spiritual diet you want to live on, and this affects your whole being. Choose wisely.
