Most people respond to fear by trying to take an outer action versus examining the source of fear. But when we don’t look at the source of our fear, which the universe is pushing all of us to do at this time, this can have adverse consequences. For instance, maybe you are afraid of being alone and you are jumping from one dysfunctional relationship to another. Or you may automatically do what an external authority tells you to do for fear of being an outlier.
The source of our fear is internal not external. The external only acts as a trigger for the internal.
