Regrets

 Don't have regrets about anything in the past, because it keeps you in the past, not the present moment. A regret means that you are not accepting of what happened as part of your highest good, and often there is guilt attached to regrets. Guilt cuts you off from God. You may say that if you could do it over again, you would do it a different way, but this is not a regret. Saying you would have done it a different way is empowering, because you have learned, without guilt or self judgment, how to better honor who you truly are.
