Health And Perfection

 Many people, too many people, believe that it is normal to have a physical body that is not healthy all the time. It has become accepted that our bodies will deteriorate and we need outside intervention to make us well, that we need to stay on medication all the time. Sickness has become the norm. The health and pharmaceutical industry is one of the largest in the world --- think about how illogical that is. This is true victim mentality where we look to something outside ourselves --- and we are bombarded my false messages and sleek ads from the health industry --- where we give our power away to doctors or drugs, instead of turning to God and asking Him for help. 

In many ways this is a very environmentally toxic world we live, and it is a fact that this affects our health greatly. There are certain health conditions that people have to live with because they are genetic or for other reasons, but there are many people who are sick who either want to be seen that way, because that is how they get attention,or because they will not take their power back. Many conditions can be healed, sometimes through the Grace of God, but mostly through taking control of your own health journey and listening --- listening to the guidance God gives you so that you can be healed. God will always give you the answers to take you as far as you can on your return to health. For many, this journey may be a long process, but you can accept where you are AND what to change it at the same time. You must know that vibrant health --- physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually --- is God given and how you are intended to live on this Earth. No one is going to help you but yourself and God. God works through others, but you have to use a combination of taking your power back and finding those rare gems in the health industry who have both the heart and knowledge to assist you. If you are dealing with a health crisis, first have great compassion on yourself. Then ask yourself if you have accepted this as well it’s just the way it has to be. Who or what have you given your power to?
