Gentleness and compassion must start with you. If you cannot do this for yourself, you cannot do it for others. Once you have learned to do it for yourself, you will be like an endless fountain of Love, compassion, and peace that flows to everyone you encounter. God powers this fountain, and it is infinite, because He is infinite. You can give fully, without taking away from yourself, because He is the Source.

What God created is changeless and eternal. His creations are as holy and pure as the moment they were created, and we have never left that moment. God created you. Are you a sin? You may see yourself as sinful, but how you see yourself, how you appear to yourself, and who you truly are, are not the same. Appearances don't change reality. If you are sinful, then God must be sinful --- He is All that exists and we live and have our being in Him. There is no doubt that each of us has made errors and large mistakes in judgment, but we must forgive ourselves and others because many are still asleep. We are awakening from a nightmare that we have separated from and sinned against God. God loves all and would forsake no one, because why would He forsake a part of Himself. And because He is Love, as are you. Our errors and mistakes, especially our self judgment, comes from a lack of recognition and awareness that we are Love, eternally.

What you think, what you say or do, and what you feel does not change who you are. It does not change your holiness. It does not change that you exist in holy communion with God. It does not change that you have your Being in Him.

It's really this simple. Stop doing what doesn't work. Stop doing what doesn't bring you true joy and peace, what doesn't bring you physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual vitality and wellbeing. If you are not certain what that is, then ask --- God will show you. But then you have to follow what He shows you. If you are not willing to do that, then don't complain about your life not working. You are not a victim --- you are responsible for everything that happens in your life.

In the paradox complete opposites are true. You are perfection, yet within this illusion you are working on perfection. You are human and spirit. You are both One with God and His Son. So your very existence in this dream is a paradox. Once you recognize everything is a paradox and you stay in that paradox, that opens you up for tremendous growth in your remembrance of who you truly are. Your growth doesn't come from trying to reconcile the paradox. It comes from understanding you can't reconcile the paradox, because Truth contains All.

Why can you live a joy filled life, even under difficult circumstances? Because joy is your inheritance --- you both have and are joy as God created you from Himself. To believe otherwise is to believe something not real, and there are a large number of people who do that. Many, many, are going through difficult life circumstances, and it is easy to become trapped into identifying with these circumstances, identifying with a victim mentality. But you are Spirit, and these circumstances are only something you are experiencing, not who you are. And it's likely these circumstances will change when you recognize that you have been given the fruits of joy, peace, abundance, and Love as part of the Kingdom.

Notice the next time you get angry. Do you become angry because it arises naturally or because you have a thought about a situation or person that makes you angry. The latter is not real. Thoughts cannot lead to true emotions. If a thought leads to anger, you might call this ego anger, because it is your ego and its strategies, its looking for grievances, that create this "anger" in you. You then BELIEVE you are angry, but you are really not. Watch this dynamic happening inside of you. Witness how and when your emotions are preceded and created by a thought.

Self judgment stands in the way of you seeing who you truly are. Judgment stands in the way of you seeing who that other person is. The stronger you judge them, the more you want to use them as a shield from knowing God. For they are One with Him, as are you. It takes a warrior to have the courage to release judgment of all people and situations and to know that you no longer have the illusion of control.

God can take you, reveal to you, only as far as you ALLOW Him. He will not override the free Will that He gave to you. You can be in the world but not of it. You can do greater things than Jesus --- he told you so! How willing are you to release what is false inside of you, the false beliefs you have about yourself, God, and your relationship to God? Are you afraid of your own divinity, of your own holiness? Don't be afraid to face what is false inside of you. It doesn't really exist. It only exists through the power of the belief you give to it. You are not this temporary personality which has an identity tied to the world or certain family or relationship dynamics and which is doomed to go back to dust --- what a sad existence that would be if it were true. As you withdraw these false beliefs, you recognize that you are as God created you, which is who you have always been, because you are One with Him. When you release what is false, only God remains.

If you are to be of service, let it happen naturally. God will place you in those situations where you are needed most. A smile or a hello to a stranger is as important as feeding the homeless.

Grievances are time based. They exist only in the past with what happened, or in the future with what you think will happen. In the present moment grievances do not exist. For a grievance that has already happened, when you bring this to the present moment, not only is the power and effect taken away from it, it no longer exists, because there is nothing to be remembered in the Now. This is how you heal large grievances that have had a traumatic effect on you. Think of them not as happening in the "past," but think of them as happening right now, in the present moment. In the present moment is where God is found and all healing occurs, instantaneously.

How do you know God is speaking through you? When you have no judgment about the content of the advice or whether it is acted upon, then you are not attached in any way and you can be His voice.
