In order to see past someone's words and actions to the divinity within them, you must first see the divinity within yourself. We see what we believe. If you believe you are not worthy, you will see others as not worthy. If you know yourself as Love, as One with God, you will see others as Love and you will see their Oneness with you. Why is this important? Because no peace and joy can be found in judgment.

There is never a time that God is not speaking to you. He speaks through other people, experiences, dreams, animals coming across your path --- He is All and He speaks through All. When you need to know something, you simply have to ask, but then you need to listen. If you can't hear an answer or can't distinguish the answer from your ego mind chatter, then you must give yourself the space to hear by going into meditation, taking a walk in the woods, turning off all devices, not watching the news, etc. If you choose the world over him, then you likely won't hear His answer. Even for those who hear the answer, many do not follow it because they think they know what is best for them or they don't want to give up something, like an identity or a relationship. If you hear God's answer and you don't follow it, why would you think that your life will improve. Does He not know what is your highest good?

No one can make you feel guilty. They can trigger the guilt that is inside of you, but that is a gift they are giving you so you can heal. Bless them for giving you that gift. Whey do we get angry and feel small when we feel guilty, and why do we try to turn the blame on the other person? No one likes to feel guilt because it always reminds us of the "original" guilt that formed when we falsely beleived we had separated from God. So when you feel guilty around somthing minor, like not doing something your spouse asked you to do, this guilt arises from the original guilt. Because it is so hard for us to look at, (it is at a very deep and unconscious level), we get angry and attempt to project this guilt away from us, blaming the other person (or group, nation, etc). We believe that if we faced this guilt, God would see our sins and punish us by the death we believe we deserve. But this is all false, and only by bringing the guilt into the Light can we heal it.

Out of your joy comes abundance. Or to put it another way, follow your joy, and abundance will come. When we follow our joy, not ego excitement but true inner joy, we are set on His track. Joy is how we know that we are going the right direction, and this makes it easy to make decisions. Because His Kingdom is one of peace, Love, joy, and abundance, when we follow our joy, abundance will automatically be there. This abundance encompasses the fruits of the Spirit and those of this world, including financial and material abundance. In order to find our inner joy, His joy, we have to release all that is false inside of us which prevents us from recognizing that joy. For the joy is inherent but is covered up by false beliefs. These take many forms but always revolve around something like "I am not worthy or lovable", " I am sinful so God cannot love me", I do not deserve abundance", "I am not Divine". When you drop what is false, when you part the clouds to reveal the Sun, God is all that remains in you --- because that was All that was there anyways --- and then His joy becomes your joy. And His abundance becomes your abundance.

When you talk to someone and you have your arms crossed, you are giving them an unconscious signal that you are closed off, disinterested, or fearful of what they are saying. When you open your arms, you are acknowledging that you are open to whatever they need to express, even if that is anger at you. The more open you are and accepting of all, the more you will open yourself to His presence. Just the simple and physical act of uncrossing your arms when you speak with someone will cause miracles to happen in your life.
