It is a false belief that judgment is powerful. Judgment shows weakness. When you judge, when you believe that you are "better" than an individual or group, you are not secure in who you truly are, which is a part of God. For if you know that you are One with God, you will also know that everyone and everything is also One with Him, and thus One with you. Non judgment is powerful, because it acknowledges who you are. Out of non judgment arises great peace and joy, for these are inherent attributes of Oneness. These are the gifts of the Kingdom.

Where there is guilt, fear is always present. Where guilt and fear are, self judgment is there as well. These are the three legs of the same stool, the stool of separation. For when we falsely believed that we had sinned against God and separated from Him, we felt guilty. We self judged, and we became fearful He would punish us. Every time we experience guilt, fear, and self judgment, we reenact the original scenario we experienced (are experiencing) with God. The good news is that these "negative" emotions are brought up to make you feel uncomfortable and to help you remember this original "fall from Grace," to help you heal this false belief that you have separated from and sinned against God.

When you see all experiences, "negative" or "positive" as Love, then you have grown tremendously. It is easy to see Love as All when you are living in great abundance, you are conflict free, etc. But it is hard for us to see it when someone has taken advantage of us, or a calamity occurs.

Do you notice how the more someone wants to convince you of something, the less they believe in it themselves? They want to convince you so they feel better about what they believe. This is why people join groups related to common beliefs. Being part of a group of others makes them think and feel the belief system is somehow more valid, which it is not. This is how hatred is exacerbated, cults survive, and wars start, because having all of these others believing the same thing makes it appear "right." The group falls into a herd mentality, just like a pack of animals. And if someone in the group challenges the belief system, they are ridiculed (very prominent tool used these days to just dismiss someone who actually has "higher" thinking which challenges that person's beliefs), excommunicated, etc. Don't think this dynamic only happens in cults or similar groups. This happens everywhere in varying degrees --- political parties, social situations, workplaces, etc. Being part of a group and herd mentality takes you farther away from Truth as you have effectively blocked out God by not allowing your beliefs to be examined and to evolve. Truth is known. If you truly know, not believe, you KNOW --- there is no need to convince others.

Don't spend any time wishing a situation or experience were different. That's wasted energy. Use that energy to stay present in the situation that you don't like, to pull God in, to find the path and make the decisions that transforms the situation, or at least transforms how you see the situation.

It is totally up to you. It is totally your choice. There is no one outside of you to blame --- you have complete responsibility. If there are areas of your life that are not working well, if life has been hell for you, are you giving them to Him? Are you giving Him your anger, resentment, bitterness, non forgiveness, pride, fear, judgment, and self judgment? Have you given it to Him, not asked Him to take it, but given it to Him and said I cannot have these in me anymore? Have you not seen the correlation between all of those and what has been going on with you?

Why Does God Allow Suffering? The first thing we have to review is that in this reality, there are no black and white answers. Everything blends to grey as we exist in a paradox, and in the paradox you can hold two seemingly opposite perspectives simultaneously. Doing so enables you to be in the stream of infinite possibilities and outcomes that is God. So why does God allow suffering? God does not "allow" suffering. He "allows" free Will. We have been given free Will to choose what we want individually and collectively. For those who are here on this Earth at this time, we have chosen collectively to go down a path that mirrors a belief in separation, not one that mirrors Unity. Certainly, many have individually chosen a Unity and heart centered path, but collectively, we can see by the appearance of the world, that many have not chosen a heart centered path --- ego centered greed, blame, evil, denial of our divinity, denial that we are all connected. "Suffering" (in quotes because recognize that everyone has a different definition of what constitutes suffering) is the natural outcome of a world that doesn't recognize Unity, doesn't recognize that we are all in this together and that we are all part of God. Suffering is the outcome you expect when egos, not Spirit, make decisions, and some think that they are better or more deserving than others. No one is more deserving than another, and we each have responsibility to express God --- His compassion and Love -- in this reality. Now, having said all of the above, we must recognize that this is not the only Truth (the grey). Some people may have come into this life falsely believing that they are deserving of punishment, thus they have chosen "roles" where they will experience suffering. Or others may have taken actions in this life where they feel very guilty, and then in their experiences they create suffering of some type as punishment or karma. These are false beliefs because there is not a counter balancing required of "negative" actions or thoughts. What God asks of us is that we recognize our errors and learn from them and that we have great compassion on ourselves and those we have hurt. God does not want us to "suffer". He wants us to live in the greatest of peace, joy, and Love. This is why we were created out of Love.

In order to see past someone's words and actions to the divinity within them, you must first see the divinity within yourself. We see what we believe. If you believe you are not worthy, you will see others as not worthy. If you know yourself as Love, as One with God, you will see others as Love and you will see their Oneness with you. Why is this important? Because no peace and joy can be found in judgment.
