When Jesus said judge not lest you be judged, it is widely believed that he was referring to judgment by God or even the idea of karma, but this is false. First, there is nothing outside of ourselves to judge us --- we are One with God and All that is, and He expresses through us --- why would He judge Himself? Second, God is a God of Love, not judgment and punishment. We assign a negative connotation to the idea of His judgment, but what if He judges us as His most holy and perfect creation? His view of us has never changed. It is our view that changes as we remember and recognize.
Jesus' statement on judgment referred to the inevitable judgment --- the self judgment --- that occurs when we judge. Judgment of others and self judgment are the same, because only Oneness exists. All "outside" judgment is a projection of self judgment. So Jesus was giving us a lesson in psychology, teaching us how to recognize the self judgment that almost everyone walking this earth carries and which gets projected out, creating an appearance of the world that is one of heavy judgment of individuals, groups, nations, etc.
