Longing For Unity

Have you ever had that feeling of longing like you want to be included or that you are missing out on something fun or interesting when you hear about other people's lives or experiences? This is normal. Everyone experiences it to some degree, whether they recognize it or not. 

This is your longing for Unity. It appears that we are all separate bodies having separate experiences, but this is impossible. Because we are One, we do "share" in all experiences.
