God’s Love

 The idea that a God who is Love would be a punishing God is completely illogical and incompatible. When we say God is Love, it is not the same love as a human parent's love, where children are punished and there can be conditions for earning that love. God's Love is unconditional, which means without conditions. We do not have to do anything to earn that Love, and that Love can and will never be taken away from us.
