All false beliefs lead to judgment and inevitably to stress and dis-ease. For when we live in a state where we deny our true nature, one of many byproducts is stress. Remember, nothing external to us is stressful. It’s our reactions, perceptions, and judgments about it which make them stressful. It’s not our responsibilities that stress us. It’s our beliefs they are burdensome and our resentment of them.

The ego has a very false sense of grandeur about itself. This false self must be whittled away until you feel very small. Only when there is little or nothing left can your true grandeur and power be revealed as a Child of God.

When we say that God has our highest good, what does that mean? It means that we accept the circumstances of our life, even if they are difficult, because we know that we cannot see the whole picture. We are but a tree in the forest. We may prefer that these circumstances change, but we do not resist where we are at, because if we are present where we are at, we are with Him. Our only focus should be faith in Him that He is taking care of us, even if we do not understand why something is happening to us or when it will change. In fact, acknowledging that we do not understand leads to grace throughout our life.

The world is Causeless. It is an effect, not a cause, and as such it cannot cause you pain. Your thoughts create the world you see and it is these thoughts which create the "pain" you think you feel. When you give up these thoughts, you will only experience the joy of God.

For so long you have believed that are sinful and non deserving, that God would not bless you. It is hard for you to accept the full abundance he wants to give you as His Child. It is all goodness, and you can have complete abundance and goodness in your life.

A diamond does not become a diamond without a huge amount of pressure and heat that is created by the earth. Similarly, your process of coming home to Him is not without "pressure" and "heat". There are times on this journey when we are releasing false beliefs, and these times can feel very hard. Even after the diamond is formed, it is still rough. This is when the polishing takes place, and a tremendous amount of friction is needed for that. So that you can be made into a perfect clarity and brilliant diamond which reflects Light in an infinite fashion, you too must be polished. This polishing is done by other rough diamonds, often someone you are close to. As they polish you, you polish them through the friction of your relationship.

There are no exceptions when we speak of God. Either He is always working with and through you to create what you have chosen, or He is not. Either He always has your highest good, even when circumstances appear to be the complete opposite, or He doesn't. Either He is All, and you are One with Him, or you are completely separate from Him. Either He is Love, and He loves you unconditionally throughout eternity, regardless of anything you think or do, or He is not Love.

Most people perceive a difference between sharing a thought and giving away something, like a material possession. They believe that when you give away goods or possessions, you have "lost" them. But this is a view from a separated mind. Thought creates matter. When you share a thought, it is the same as when you give away a possession. Sharing of thoughts strengthens them. This is how Creation unfolds. So when you share, either in thought form or in "material" form, you will bring more of that back to you. Also, when you share something, you acknowledge to the Universe that you have that to give. You can only give that which you possess. This reinforcement and acknowledgment brings you more of what you have given, whether that is Love, peace, money, or possessions.

The problem with standard Christianity is that it tried to represent Jesus as perfect and above us when he was human and all of the traits that come with that such as fear, uncertainty, anger etc. His message was that we are just like him and we can recognize the Christ in us but because we have put him on some type of pedestal, we can’t see that in ourselves.

For most people in this world. when they get angry they become the anger. They identify with it and it overtakes them. It is hard to live in this world and not get angry --- even the Dalai Lama says he gets angry. But when he does, he does not identify with it and it passes through him. He chooses a different path --- it is not a choice whether the anger arises in you, as we are having a human experience. But it is a choice whether you let that anger go anywhere.

It’s our ideas about something that create anxiety, not the thing itself. For when we have an idea about something, like anticipating what a future event will be like, we have created separation and thus anxiety. We live life through our ideas instead of experiencing the actual real thing.

Are you successful in the world, successful in God, or both? We create through the power of our thought and belief. The more you see, believe and know that something will happen as if it is already happening, even if it has not yet happened or manifested, the quicker it will manifest. You can use this power for "good" purposes or for "bad" purposes. There are many people who are adept at using this power to be successful in the world but who do not know their Oneness with and do not have God in their heart. Hitler was "successful" and fell in this category. Then you have the opposite end with Jesus, who was "successful" in God. You can be successful as the world measures success and still be successful in God. In fact, if you are successful in God, you can be successful in bringing great abundance to yourself, some attributes of which are measured in worldly terms such as wealth or right use of power.
