Wonder surrounds you, everywhere. You only have to look and listen. Stop being preoccupied with things that don't matter and are not real. Take a walk in nature and really listen, be absorbed in what is around you.

Accept, Accept, Accept. Accept everything as is. It is all God because God is One and God is All that is. Only by starting with this Truth can you "change" anything in yourself or the world, because you must see everything from Unity, not separation. This especially includes those times when you are not centered in God, when you have judgment of yourself and others. Why would you accept something you are trying to change? Because when you accept it, you are doing so from a non judgmental and compassionate space, your true Self. This brings God and His healing in and takes you to the place you want to be. Holding the Truth of Unity while we live with the appearance of duality, desiring to change something while we also accept it, is the paradoxical nature of our existence.

God is calling you. It is a call of Love. Do you choose that which is Real, Love, or that which is false, fear? Now is the time to decide; now is the time to remember. For we are in a dream, actually a nightmare, of our own making. The false concepts we have believed in, such as God judges us and punishes us, no longer work. That is why you see the world around you descending into chaos, more selfishness, more greed, more untruth. The more we move away from Truth, the more fearful people become, and the more they try to react to calm that fear by more greed, more lies, more selfishness. It is a cycle that cannot and will not last. What do you choose? You now have the capability to fully remember that God is a God of Love. Love does not judge or punish --- He only loves. He accepts unconditionally. We cannot comprehend what Love really means through an ego mind which self judges. It is impossible. But a part of you, not even a part, the whole of who you are, remembers Truth, remembers who you are outside of this dream. You are being called. What do you choose?

When you are aware that you are not centered in God, resist the urge to speak more than simple greetings. Walk away if you must, because when you are not centered in Him, all that will come from you will be anger, fear, and attack, even if these are "clothed" in other disguises. What you really want is to speak from a space of Love, even if you can't do it in that moment.

A victim is always looking to project blame outside themselves. It is never about them, except for their belief that they are being "crapped" upon by individuals, groups, the world, or God. A victim never takes personal responsibility. A spiritual warrior takes responsibility for their actions. Even if they have a bad reaction and hurt someone's feelings, not only are they willing to say they are sorry, they are willing to examine their motives, because they realize that they do not have His peace and joy if they act like a victim. They are willing to move beyong their limited view, even if this involves some pain, as they realize that there is a much broader perspective than the colored glasses they see the world through. When they have a bad reaction, a spiritual warrior asks for God's help in doing it different the next time. They are willing to confront their fear and need to control in order to move closer to Him, and as they do this, they are blessed with miracles of Love and His Grace as they move through the world. They are increasingly able to look past the words and actions of others, to understand the wounding and the reasons they may have spoken those words or done those actions, and to see the God within that other person. To move from a victim persona to one of a spiritual warrior is the greatest miracle that can occur in one's life on this Earth.

Forgiveness opens the door. It opens the door to your salvation. It points us to the perfect state of Love that exists in Heaven. In this earth school of duality and the appearance of good and evil, we are given many opportunities for forgiveness. Many people do not understand the importance of constantly practicing forgiveness. They believe this world is real, that salvation comes from having more than another, being in power. Why would you need to forgive someone you want to control or think you are better than? But spiritual maturity helps us to see with the eyes of God, that we are One, and what we do to another is what we do to ourselves. Only through forgiveness can we reach spiritual maturity and achieve true peace and joy --- His peace and joy, not the false joy that comes from the trinkets of the world.

Jesus said "know the Truth, and the Truth shall make you free." Truth is self evident. If it is something that can be debated, it is not Truth --- that is people's perceptions about what Truth is, not Truth itself.

Understanding God can only go so far if it is just in the head. The real journey starts when you become present in your body, allowing full expression of your emotions. Then you know God, because you know Love, which is an emotion.

Duality gives us the ability to have a contrast to the undifferentiated energy of the One, helping us to recognize the One. Only in time, in the illusion, can there be delay in coming back to recognition of your Oneness with God. In Truth only the present moment exists, so the concept of delay is illusory. And you have never left your Creator.

When we are told "Blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God", we are being told of a spiritual seeing. This vision is not of the eyes --- it is of the heart. Created in Love, by He who is Love, we "see" our Father through Love. This seeing is outside of time and space. It is infinite in scope and exists only in the eternal, holy Now.

If you have a traumatic experience as a child, you will be frozen emotionally at that age, and that experience will determine how you see the world. For instance, if your dad had a red beard and he verbally abused you, you will always feel apprehension and discomfort around men with red beards. It is like a virus running underneath the radar in your computer, except this is an illusory belief you have that controls how you see the world and what you do. You must make recognition of that false belief and energy blockage by allowing it to rise, be processed, expressed, and released.
