When Jesus said to love our enemies, how is this achieved? How was he able to do this? Jesus loved his enemies, because he did not see them as an enemy. He looked past appearances and their outer covering -- their body, their words, their actions --- and saw himself, saw our Father, for we are all One.

Compassion starts with you. If you can't be compassionate on yourself, you won't be able to be compassionate towards others. Not seeing "sin" within ourselves is hard sometimes. But this is what we are called to do. The single most important thing you can do to help heal the world is take a good look at yourself, yoour beliefs, what is blocking you from fully loving yourself and knowing your Oneness with God and ALL that is. We don't have to do this alone. God is there --- because you live and have your Being in Him --- but He cannot help you unless you want to be helped and you are willing to go to the very core of looking at the blocks and defenses you have. We always make it much harder on ourselves than it needs to be. And we always think it will be harder to heal than it really is. But there is nothing you have to do --- what an immense relief. You only have to release what is blocking that which is already there, that which blocks your recognition of your divinity. He waits for you, because you are His eternal Beloved. Be willing --- be willing to do whatever is required to come back to that Love. Then you will be an endless fountain of compassion for yourself and for others, and that is how we heal the appearance of the world.

If you want to help the world, then increase the Light that you put into the world. How do you do this? By working on yourself. By releasing false beliefs you have about yourself and God, you make your physical cover more transparent and this allows more of your Light, God's Light, to shine through. Know thyself! Does this mean you can't be of service to others in the way the world recognizes it, such as feeding the homeless, etc? Of course not. As you become more of a vessel for God, you will truly be His hands and feet and He will direct you in the service that you do. But too many people do "outside" service in order to be recognized for it and without working on themselves. When others can see your Light, your service is exponentially more powerful, and this is often as simple as being in someone's presence who needs the Light to help them remember. Your Light helps to awaken His Presence within them, and this is why we are all here.

The Last Judgment is one of joy, for the Son, of which you are a part of that Sonship, will fully recognize that he has never separated from His father and that Love is all that exists. The Son will recognize that all judgment has been of his own making.

Many people go from one addiction to another, always seeking to fill that deep hole of longing and sadness over not feeling God's Love. Some have to hit rock bottom, while others make the realization when they are dying and they finally know that the body was not their reality.

When you believe this world to be real, you believe in separation, because what do you see --- all of these separate bodies and separate parts of the Universe. This automatically engenders fear, because Unity is our true state. This fear manifests through projection, judgment,etc. --- thus we have an appearance of a world that is a complete mess, and appearance wise it is. But this cannot take away the Truth that underlies this appearance, that there is only Unity and God's Kingdom. When you acknowledge Truth, the false falls away because it was only upheld through your belief. When you feel fear in any form, feel His Presence and the Unity that you are a part of, and you will have His peace.

How do you tell if your thoughts come from the ego or the Mind you share with God? Ego thoughts are fear based thoughts, even if they are "clothed" in something pleasurable. Ego thoughts always revolve around the past or the future, never the present moment. Your true thoughts originate from the Mind of God, of which you are a part. These thoughts are based in the present moment, and they always revolve around Love (compassion, gratitude, etc.). You feel a deep peace with these thoughts.

Someone else's judgment of you only bothers you because there is a part of you that believes it could be true. When you judge yourself, you are not sure of who you are. When you drop the judgment of yourself, judgment by others will have no effect on you.

It doesn't matter what someone thinks of you. It is meaningless, because their view of you is almost always formed and set through a distorted lens based on that person's experiences and needs. They see you in a certain way because they need to see you that way --- it fits into their belief system and doesn’t disturb the apple cart so to speak. It only matters what you think of yourself -- actually think is not the right word, because what we think of ourselves is seen through our own distorted lens. Now what we know of ourselves is different. We know we are One with Him and ALL that is. We know we were created by Him out of Love. We know we are not what we appear to be --- we are not a body living in a meaningless world that appears insane. We know our identity is not our experiences but the vehicle we have chosen to come back to God in our recognition. He has always known who we are but we are remembering. Thinking and believing are perception and mind based. Knowing is certainty based on experiencing our divinity through remembrance and recognition.

At the instant of our perceived separation from God, we felt guilty, we then judged, and we then felt fear. We are still in this instant, because only the Now exists. The illusion of time allows us to work back through these steps in reverse, healing the split that never occurred.

When you are undergoing a trial or tribulation, do you ask God why? We are meant to be in this world but not of it. We are meant to live a life filled with His joy and peace. But you cannot reach this state without purification. He is not trying to punish you when you undergo trials. He is purifying you to bring you closer to Him. All He does is done from Love, for He is Love.

By the wishes and choices we make at a Spirit level, God brings people and experiences into our life to help us grow in remembrance of our Oneness and divinity. Some people call these trials or lessons, but that is giving them a bad connotation, especially since we have chosen these. These opportunities for growth do not have to be "hard." It is our resistance to them which makes them hard for us. This doesn't mean that there is not some pain in releasing false beliefs and the emotions associated with them such as anger and grief, but the vast majority of people make it much harder on themselves because they resist. We can't avoid the pain, but we can avoid the suffering by not resisting. Our resistance does not allow for the energetic pattern to move through us and be released, so we sit in it, and we try to medicate the pain with any number of creative ways man has designed --- drugs and alcohol, food, technology obsession, sex, exercise, etc. If we don't allow these beliefs and patterns to be released, we can never feel the peace and joy of God.

Being rich and famous is not what you want. There is nothing "right" or "wrong" with enjoying the fruits of this world, but do you put these before God? Do they become your God? For you will only find joy in your relationship with Him, and what you want is His Love.

The way the world operates is that it sees major and minor offenses and those in between. Minor offenses are forgotten or forgiven, while major offenses may be held as a grudge and not forgiven. There are no degrees of offenses, because there is no attack. There is only attack and the need for forgiveness within the illusion.
