As If

When you pray, pray with gratitude for all the abundance and blessings you have, even if you are talking in general terms. If you pray for something you don't have, you are acknowledging and reinforcing a lack which is not really there. Since you are His holy child and One with Him, His Kingdom is available to you, is within you. This includes all abundances---- financial, relationship, joy, peace, Love, etc ---- that you could ever want or need. It is simply your recognition of this. That is why prayer should be affirmative of what is already there. Gratitude for what is there, even if you don't feel it and do it "as if you had it and felt it," is what brings greater and greater abundance.
