We must honor all paths. There are certain paths that may speak to you more and you may practice certain rituals or prayers of that path. But even when it appears that a person, group, or religion is not on the path to God, this is only an appearance. We are all on the path, a path of remembrance, to God because God is All and we are One with Him. We cannot, not be on a path to Him. Now maybe someone or a group appears to be on a path that is going in the wrong direction, away from Him (going "backward" to go "forward"), but that is not for us to judge. We don't have a high enough perspective. He has All and is taking care of All, bringing everyone to Him in His timing and in the way best suited for them to drop false beliefs and return to Love. Because in the end all paths or branches merge into the trunk of Love, as He is Love.

We speak of God as our Father, but He cannot be limited that way. His Love is powerful, but it is also very tender, very gentle, as is a mother's love. If we are to fully know our Oneness with Him and know our divinity, we must nurture and balance both the masculine and feminine within us. Many men have the power, especially through anger, but not the gentleness and compassion as well as the ability to express feelings, especially Love. Many women can express Love, but they fear the power of getting angry and of standing tall in their truth. We change and balance this world by first balancing ourselves. Only then can the Divine shine through you where you can be a Light to everyone you encounter.

Have you ever noticed that when you are fully joyful, your whole attention is given to that? When you are in awe at the beauty of something, your whole attention is in that. At these times your mind is not preoccupied with worry or problems or doubt. Which do you think is more real --- the times when your whole attention is given to joy or beauty, or the times when you are in worry or doubt? Even if you experience the latter the vast majority of the time, this does not make it true. The way to lessen the grip of worry and doubt is to acknowledge, as it happens, that it is not true.

The joy you feel from getting a new car or your sport team winning is not God's joy. This is an excitement, an ego adrenaline. If your sport team lost, you would feel angry or depressed, controlled by your emotions. This up and down, being tossed like a rag doll and subject to events outside of you, is not of Him, and it is not a way to live life.His joy is always there, regardless of the outer circumstances. That is the joy of the Kingdom, your inheritance. This is a joy that comes from Oneness. How do you differentiate between ego excitement and true joy? If your sport team loses, you may be disappointed, but the joy of life and having His Presence will still be there, and you will soon forget about the team losing. And true joy is always accompanied by large gratitude.
