The Paradox Of Holding Acceptance And Non Acceptance Simultaneously

How do we do this? Why is it important? We do this by acknowledging the importance of the paradox. In order to know Himself/Herself, God had to create a part of Himself that “appeared” separate. We are the Son/Daughter of God, but we are also One with God. This is the inherent paradox, and this paradox is represented in the appearance of all dualities such as light and dark, divine and human, in this world but not of it, a wave in the ocean that inseparable from the ocean. 

In this world we live in a “fallen” state but we must at the same time hold our divinity. This is represented in many things. For instance, when we have cancer or a serious health condition, we must accept this fact and what we need to become healthy again, WHILE also being in non acceptance of this condition. How does that make sense? That’s the paradox. The non acceptance is the part that refuses to dismiss our divinity and the wholeness that comes with that. Only from this place can true healing occur - yet we are not fully in this place as we have a condition which needs addressing. The paradox.
