Perception is an accurate word. When we "perceive" something, we are viewing it and judging it through our belief system. Our belief system shapes and creates what we "see." Perception is not Truth. It is at least one step removed from Truth, because Truth cannot be perceived --- it just is. It is self evident, not up for debate. So when you see/perceive all of these things in the world, what is the Truth that is behind what you see?
