Can You Really Judge?

You can only judge something you see as separate from you, for it takes two things to make judgment possible, the person judging and the object of that judgment. You only judge something "outside" of you when you have self judgment for you project that judgment out. Since we are One (God is all that exists) and there is no separation, judgment is impossible. Your belief that you can be separate creates a belief that you can judge. In Oneness "inside" and "outside" become the same as separation and judgment dissolve into the nothingness from which they arose. Start with the acceptance and knowledge that there is only Oneness --- one field of undifferentiated energy which science has already proven --- and use that to see how you have fooled yourself and to see what cannot possibly exist. The logic is irrefutable because Truth is self evident. And when judgment falls away, so must fear, anger, guilt, shame, etc. They never existed outside of the belief you gave them because only Love exists.
