Continual Compassion

 After you have been on this journey for a while and you live often in a state of spaciousness and joy, you form a belief that nothing should disturb your peace. And when something does, you get angry with yourself, and you feel guilty. 

Continued compassion on yourself is integral. As well, you need to remember that continued anger, guilt, and regret keeps you in a lower vibration where peace and joy cannot enter.
