Don't believe your beliefs. Yes, that sounds like a weird statement, but its the belief that your beliefs form your reality which causes you angst and an inability to be open to where God wants to take you. Everyone has "beliefs" that are thought constructs formed from our experiences, especially in childhood. So these "parameters" are a part of us and we see life through this colored lens. But this is a very narrow vision, and unfortunately narrow vision, especially the belief in separation, has caused the world to appear as it does with war, greed, hatred, etc. You can't stop "your" thoughts from passing through your head, but you can know they aren't real, that there exists a much greater reality. Don't give them power and don't attach to them -- basically don't believe your beliefs.
