Don't fight against that which is false inside of you, as this gives it power. When you have false beliefs, like judgment, simply withdraw your belief from them, and you will be left with what is Real --- Love. How do you withdraw your belief? You must acknowledge that you don't understand. This is a place of surrender. Ironically, when you do this, then you open the space for truth to enter and you know the truth of your being.
