You think that you know what people are thinking about you and what they are judging you on. But do you realize that you are basing that on your own judgments of yourself? You have no idea what another's thoughts are and whether they are even judging you or not. 

What does this show you? It shows you that you create this little personal world based on your beliefs and judgments. This "belief system" is unique to you alone. Thus it has no validity.
