Do not be afraid that you will "lose your mind" or ability to concentrate as you live more in the present moment. Because you are present, your thought process becomes much easier. You "know" the answer, because it comes as a feeling which direction you should go. Your concentration and ability to solve problems is greatly enhanced, because you are using the Source of All, the Mind of God.
