Be "pro"active, not "re"active. When you are reactive, you are "re"acting. You are coming from an old pattern of behavior as "re" means before. Create a different way of dealing with a challenging situation by giving it to God and by asking His help in coming from a space of Love. This is being proactive --- you are making a choice to do it differently. "Pro" means for something, not against. God is All, so instead of reacting the same way and being against anything of Him, be for something, be for Him as you choose to do it a different way.
