Expectations And Should Be’s

 Do you realize that a great deal of your internal conflict and angst comes from expectations that aren't being met. You live in a "should be" paradigm. I should be in a relationship at this point. I should be more spiritual. I should have accumulated more abundance by now. I should have done something to better help the world. All of these "should be's" can only lead to self judgment as you don't meet your own expectations. Comparison and judgment are not part of God because they do not exist in Oneness. Drop your "should be's" and your comparisons and your self judgment will fall away. When self judgment falls away, only God remains.
