The tools for healing --- psychological, physical, mental, and spiritual --- are always there, always. If you feel that they are not there, either you have not asked for them, or you are refusing to see them. Drop the idea that it has to look a certain way. Healing can come in many forms, and God will provide the form that works best for you. But you have to open your eyes and be willing to see it.
