What A Beautiful Expression Of God

 When you judge someone, say to yourself what a beautiful expression of God they are. This will stop the judgment. As you see them as a beautiful expression of God, you will also see yourself in that way, and this accelerates your spiritual journey. As always, compassion is a critical and key component of the journey, especially when we are in judgment. For like a well worn rut in the road, we automatically fall into judgment of ourselves and others. Judgment keeps us believing we are separate, and when we see separation, this leads to more judgment and further reinforcement of the belief in separation. 

Saying what a beautiful expression of God short circuits this loop. And you are only stating the Truth. Because regardless of the outer personality, regardless of how “vile” that person is and how much they “deserve” our condemnation, God is within them and only holiness and grace are present. By making the statement you’re able to see past what is temporary and false within them to what is pure and real.
